Gen Set S.p.A. was founded in 1974, with the objective of designing and manufacturing portable generators. Since then the Company has continually developed its production capacity, broadened its range of products and increased its market share in Italy and abroad.

The Company’s headquarters are located in Villanova d’Ardenghi (Pavia), about 30 km south of Milan, close to the Milan-Genoa motorway.
On a total area of 35,000 m2, more than two thirds are occupied by the factory and office buildings. All phases of product development are done internally: concept, design, implementation, manufacturing.

The products range composes of: DC engine driven welders from 165 A to 1000 A equipped with one, two or four independent welding stations; AC power generators from 1 kVA to 2000 kVA for manual or auto start operation.
